Our Principals

Steve has twenty years of investment banking experience including ten years as a founder and managing partner of Providence Advisors and its former sister firm Founders Growth Advisors. He has focused exclusively on the packaging, paper and plastics industries for over fifteen years. Prior to founding Providence, Steve led First Union Securities' (now Wells Fargo) Packaging Industry Corporate Finance Group. Before First Union, Steve worked in corporate finance originating and executing transactions with Kidder Peabody, Chase Securities, Toronto Dominion, and Manufacturers Hanover's investment banking units. He has a wide range of public and private financing and M&A advisory experience including completion of over fifty financing and advisory assignments representing aggregate transaction volume of more than three billion dollars. He is a graduate of The Wharton School (MBA) and Duke University (BA).
